Tunney’s Pasture And Hurdman Stations
Permanent Bus Shelter and Security at Tunney’s Pasture and Hurdman Stations.
The scope of this project was the supply and installation of new bus shelters to the newly constructed bus loops at Tunney’s and Hurdman Station in anticipation of the opening of the first phase of OLRT project in the spring of 2018. We acted as the general contract and were responsible for civil electrical work to provide power to the shelters, completing the bus platform, installing an emergency phone system and purchasing shelters which met the City of Ottawa’s requirements from an approved supplier and coordinating their installations. The bus shelters for the Blair Station bus loop were also added to this contract and will be completed by October 2017.
